We passed around a few good books at June’s Local Food Potluck. These two in particular got a lot of attention:

Animal, Vegetable, Miracle - by Barbara Kingsolver, is an account of her family’s journey to eat strictly-local for one year.

Simply in Season - by Mary Beth Linda and Cathleen Hockman-Wert, is a cookbook and guide to cooking with the seasons. It’s full of delicious recipes and great tips!
